第一条【約款】
いろどりの丘 岩盤浴ギフト券（以下、「ギフト券」といいます）の所持者（以下、「お客様」）は、ギフト券を、この約款の定めに従って利用することができます。
第二条【ギフト券の利用対象】
ギフト券は、いろどりの丘（以下、「発行元」）の運営する岩盤浴にご利用いただけます。また、発行元により、一部利用が出来ないものとして指定した日程やイベントなど時には、ご利用いただけません。
第三条【有効期限】
ギフト券は、発行日から6カ月間有効です。有効期限は、ギフト券面をご確認ください。
第四条【ギフト券が利用できない場合1】
次の場合には、ギフト券をご利用いただくことは出来ません。
・ギフト券が偽造、変造されたものであるとき。
・お客様がギフト券を違法に取得したとき、または違法に取得されたギフト券であることを知りながらもしくは知ることができる状況で取得したとき。
・ギフト券の破損その他の事由により証票番号の照合および発行日の確認ができないとき、またはギフト券の3分の1以上が滅失しているとき。
第五条【ギフト券が利用できない場合2】
以下の場合には、ギフト券がご利用いただけないことがあります。
・天災地変、経済状態の著しい悪化、その他の理由により、発行元が岩盤浴の正常な営業を停止したとき。
・ギフト券が偽造または変造されたものでないことの確認が困難になった場合その他相当の事由により、発行元がギフト券の取扱停止を決定したとき。
第六条【換金の禁止】
ギフト券は、現金やその他金券・サービスチケットとの引換えはできません。
第七条【払い戻しの禁止】
ギフト券の期間内・期間経過後に関わらず、払い戻しは原則できません。
第八条【転売の禁止】
ギフト券の転売は厳禁となります。
第九条【取扱の変更】
ギフト券の取扱いについて、この約款を変更する場合には、一定の予告期間を置いて周知の方法をとるものとし、予告期間経過後は変更後の約款を適用いたします。
付則 この約款は令和5年1月31日から適用します。
Irodori-no-oka Bedrock Bath (Ganban-yoku)Gift Card :Terms and Conditions
Article 1 【General Terms and Conditions】
Irodori-no-oka bedrock bath(Ganban-yoku)gift card (hereinafter referred to as “Gift card”).
The holder of the gift card (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) may use the gift card in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 【Eligibility for Use of Gift Card】
Gift Cards may be used for bedrock baths (Ganban-yoku)operated by Irodori no Oka (hereinafter referred to as “Issuer”). Gift cards may not be used for dates or events specified by the Issuing Entity as being partially unavailable for use.
Article 3 【Expiration Date】
Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Please check the face of the Gift cards for the expiration date.
Article 4 【Cases in which Gift Card cannot be used1】
Gift cards may not be redeemed in the following cases.
・The Gift card is counterfeit or altered.
・The Gift card has been illegally obtained by the customer, or has been obtained knowingly or under circumstances where the customer knew or could have known that the Gift card had been illegally obtained.
・The Gift card is damaged or for any other reason, the Gift card number cannot be matched and the date of issue cannot be confirmed, or more than one-third of the Gift card is lost.
Article 5 【Cases in which Gift Card may not be used2】
Gift card may not be redeemed in the following cases
・When the Issuer suspends the normal operation of the bedrock bath due to a natural disaster, significant deterioration of economic conditions, or other reasons.
・When the Issuer decides to suspend the handling of Gift cards due to difficulty in verifying that the Gift cards are not counterfeit or altered, or for other reasonable reasons.
Article 6 【Prohibition of Redemption】
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash or other cash voucher, service tickets.
Article 7 【Prohibition of Refunds】
Gift cards are non refundable, regardless of whether it is within or after the period of the gift card.
Article 8 【Prohibition of Resale】
Resale of Gift cards is strictly prohibited.
Article 9【Change of handling】
In the event that these General Terms and Conditions regarding the handling of Gift cards are revised, the revised terms and conditions shall apply after a certain period of advance notice has expired.
Supplementary Provisions These General Terms and Conditions shall apply from 31 January 2023.
